ST. LOUIS – SweetSpot has been named a “Company to Watch” and will present at the Innovation Hub during the American Diabetes Association’s (ADA) 85th Scientific Sessions in June — the leading event for advancements in diabetes management and technology.
SweetSpot will take the stage at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, alongside DGD Clinic, a leading endocrinology practice based in San Antonio, Texas. The presentation will highlight how SweetSpot’s end-to-end solution enables practices to scale remote monitoring of CGM and insulin pump data, improve patient outcomes with timely interventions, and generate new revenue — without adding staff.
“We’re excited to be recognized as a Company to Watch at this year’s ADA Scientific Sessions,” said Stephen Von Rump, Chief Executive Officer of SweetSpot. “There is a growing demand for scalable, outcomes-driven solutions in diabetes care. SweetSpot is uniquely positioned to meet that need by bridging advanced technology with real-world clinical support.”
Through its partnership with SweetSpot, DGD Clinic has achieved measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and practice growth. During the session, DGD’s remote monitoring specialists will share firsthand insights, while SweetSpot highlights its growing role in modernizing diabetes management.
“At DGD Clinic, we’re committed to leveraging innovation to improve outcomes for our patients with diabetes,” said Dr. Jacob Vadakekalam, endocrinologist at DGD Clinic. “Our collaboration with SweetSpot has enabled us to streamline CGM and insulin pump data monitoring, engage patients more proactively, and make timely, data-informed decisions. I’m proud to highlight how this model is improving care and reducing the burden on our clinical team.”
Several key leaders from SweetSpot — including Stephen Von Rump, Chief Executive Officer; Dr. Ralph Oiknine, Chief Medical Officer; Jodi Hughes, Director of Diabetes Education and Clinical Services; and Christina Pamelar, Director of Clinical Operations — will be onsite throughout the conference.
