CCS, a leader in chronic care management and home medical equipment and supplies, has joined forces with SweetSpot, a remote diabetes management company, to provide virtual remote monitoring of patients in their homes between visits to the endocrinology clinic. A pilot program will be available in select United States markets starting sometime in early 2026.
“Partnering with CCS allows us to deliver even greater impact and address one of the biggest gaps in chronic disease management: what happens between appointments,” Stephen Von Rump, CEO of SweetSpot, said in a news release.
